DELIVERIES & USE OF DOCK
All deliveries occurring between the hours of 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM must be made using the service or freight elevators. In some instances, delivery personnel may use the passenger elevators but are required to use Rubbermaid brand hand carts (or their equivalent). These carts may be no larger than 24" x 36". All deliveries must be made from the loading dock and not through the building entrance or lobby. All delivery personnel must sign in with the Dockmaster prior to making a delivery.
All deliveries (express mail couriers, caterers, Wells Fargo interoffice mail) are restricted from use of the passenger elevators during the following business hours:
7:00 AM - 9:30 AM
11:30 AM - 1:30 PM
4:30 PM - 6:00 PM
Violation of this policy will result in fines and / or banishment from the use of passenger elevators. There is a 30-minute time limit for delivery vehicles parking in the dock area during business hours unless the reservation provides for a longer stay. Unauthorized parking in the Loading Dock area is specifically prohibited, and violators will be towed.
RESERVING DOCK SPACE
All deliveries should be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance by submitting a Contractor Access Work Requests Form to the Facility Services Coordinator or by faxing the form to 704-330-2598. The Facility Services Coordinator will book the reservation, and provide you with a confirmation number that you are to give to the company/individual making the delivery. Upon arrival, the security officer will validate the reservation based on the confirmation number. Please see the Contractor Access & Work Page for more information
