BUILDING MATERIALS

All adhesives, sealants, paints, coatings, carpet and composite wood (i.e. plywood) used in the project meet strict standards for limiting the amount of chemical components which off-gas harmful Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) into the air. All tenants are also required to use products that meet these same standards as they design and build out their interior spaces.

More than 24% of all the materials used in the construction of this project contain post-consumer and/or pre-consumer recycled content, and more than 40% of all the materials used in the construction of this project were harvested or extracted and manufactured within a 500 mile radius of Charlotte, North Carolina - thereby reducing environmental impact of transportation.
