The LYNX Blue Line offers light-rail service to 26 stations, which include seven Park and Ride locations between I-485/South Boulevard and Uptown and four Park and Ride locations between Uptown and UNC Charlotte-Main. Dozens of bus routes are timed to connect with the light rail at the Blue Line Stations. The trains operate seven days a week. Service is available every 7.5 minutes during weekday rush hour and every 15 minutes during non-peak weekday hours. Weekend service operates every 20 minutes during the day and every 30 minutes during late night hours.

LYNX passes may be purchased for full price at the ticket vending machines located at each Blue Line Station. Cash is not accepted directly from riders on the LYNX. All LYNX passes must have the current date or month printed on them to be considered valid; consequently, Ten Ride Passes are not accepted for use on the LYNX; however, valid transfer passes from any bus will be accepted, even if you are a Ten Rider user.
